DESCRIPTION: The objective of this effort covers the entire spectrum of supporting Office of Security Programs' (OCP) on site secure destruction of controlled unclassified information (CUI) (e.g., Sensitive but Unclassified (SBU), For Official Use Only (FOUO), and classified national security information up to Top Secret and Sensitive Compartmental Information (TS and SCI). OSP requires continuation of services for the collection and destruction of CUI/S/TS/SCI materials including paper document and other media (computer floppy disks, CDs and DVDs), quarterly disintegrator preventative maintenance (PM) including blade sharpening and repair of the disintegrator equipment as needed.
DETAIL STATEMENTS: The Government is seeking information primarily regarding industry’s input on the government’s draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached to this notice. Additionally, vendors may submit information regarding their company and capabilities in providing aforementioned services. However, the primary purpose of this Notice is to receive meaningful feedback with concern to the PWS.
REQUESTED INFORMATION: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this request may likely include 562219, Other Nonhazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal. Include whether or not you are a small business; 8(a) small business; HUB Zone small business; service-disabled veteran-owned or veteran-owned small businesses; women-owned or economically disadvantaged women-owned small business; or small disadvantaged business in order to assist the Treasury in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. Responses to this Notice should include the following:
Company Name and Business Address; Size of company (number of personnel, total revenue, ownership, parent corporation, etc.); Company points-of-contact information (i.e., Name of individual, title, phone number, email address, etc.) Available strategic contracts (i.e., GSA FSS or MAS contracts, IDIQ allowing decentralized ordering, NASA SEWP, etc.) Recommendations, comments, or input concerning the PWS; and, Any other pertinent data to demonstrate capability to perform.

All costs associated with responding to this Notice are solely at the responding party's expense. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate.
Further, the Government may contact the vendor for additional information regarding the information submitted as part of this market research effort. Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization’s qualifications to perform the work.
Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. After a review of the responses received, a pre-solicitation synopsis and solicitation may be published in Government Point of Entry or other similar source (e.g., GSA E-buy) at the government’s discretion. Responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation.
Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract or agreement. The Government will not be obligated to pursue any particular acquisition alternative as a result of this notice. Responses to the notice will not be returned. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future solicitation if one is issued.
No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in responses to this Notice, unless otherwise appropriately marked by the Respondent. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information received in response to this Notice in any resultant solicitation(s). Do Not Submit any Proposals/Quotes/Offers in response to this Notice.
