Intent to Sole Source: Succeeding Lease - LA Vet Center (Gardena)

Description Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a 10 year succeeding lease (5 years firm/5 years soft term) using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the VA Los Angeles Vet Center (Gardena, CA).

The original lease will expire on November 30, 2025. The Government would be interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous, and that otherwise the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition. The cost of moving, alterations, and other factors will be considered when determining whether to relocate.
