April 19, 2024 - The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the installation of four sit to stand dual-surface 24/7 dispatch consoles and four 24/7 dispatch chairs for the new Emergency Communications Center at Westover Air Reserve Base. The consoles, commercially available sizes, will consist of two curved end units holding five 24" monitor racks and two strait units holding three 24" monitor racks.

Curved units will be designed to house five CPU's and the strait units will be designed to house three CPU's. Each 24-hour dispatch chair will feature a fabric made to be highly durable and resilient to spills and each chair will have a minimum weight capacity of 550 pounds and the minimum seat width of 26".(see SOO)

April 19, 2024 - Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

April 18, 2024 - RFQ submittal is changed to May 13, 2024, Questions submittal ends May 6, 2024. We are still waiting for the updated Statement of Objectives and floor plan. April 15, 2024 - Chnges are coming to this Statement of Objectives (SOO) The changes will answer many questions and create new questions. The dates to ask questions and RFP submittal will be extended once the new SOO is uploaded. March 25, 2024 - SOO is updated and attached.
