Special Access Program Facility (SAPF)

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SINGLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. IAW FAR 13.106-1(b) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

The 301st Fighter Wing, Naval Air Station JRB, Texas requires two (2) compact, tactical, and highly mobile Special Access Program Facility (SAPF) shelters that can be mobilized in an abbreviated timeline and capable of supporting a small team of cyber, intel, and ops personnel involved in classified intelligence and F-35 secure communications operations in support of Agile Combat Employment (ACE) operations. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

However, all quotes received by the date of close specified herein will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

Interested parties may identify their interest and may submit a quote by 10:00 AM CST, August 20, 2024, which shall be considered by the Government. Requests and quotes shall be sent via email to Todd Benner at todd.benner@us.af.mil and Carrie Austin at carrie.austin.1@us.af.mil.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this notice until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this notice, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this notice, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
