This is a synopsis of proposed contract action. This does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation for Bid, or a commitment, implied or otherwise. This notice is for a proposed contract action. IAW FAR 5.201(b)(1). for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source IAW 10 U.S.C. 352 (previously 10 U.S.C. 2302b), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), "only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." The Air Force intends to award a Firm-Fixed price (FFP) contract to The American Sound and Electronics Inc.
