NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE FROM: 10th Contracting Squadron United States Air Force Academy (USAFA)

CO, 80840 SUBJECT: Notice of Intent to Sole Source The USAF Academy, 10th Contracting Squadron intends to award a single source purchase order, in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b), Soliciting Competition, due to only one source being capable of providing supplies required at the level of quality required to be manufactured. The requirement is for the purchase of:

- 2 EA:

CX300 Communications Service Monitors - 2 EA: CX300-SCAA; Cable and Antenna Analysis - DTF/VSWR/RL software unlocks - 2 EA: CX300-ASOL; Accessory - Short Open Load calibration kits - 2 EA: CX300-ACH CX300-ACH;

Hard Transit Carry Cases - 2 EA: CM300/350 Kits - this line item contains the AFFSA approved procedures and tech data along with required cables and connectors required for CM300 radio maintenance. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation document exists for the requirement.

Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes technical data, cost information and the earliest possible delivery date, in sufficient detail that clearly demonstrates the capability to meet all specifications of the requirement. All capability statements received by the due date of this notice will be considered by the Government.

A request for additional documentation, or submissions that only ask questions will not be considered as an affirmative response. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed with a sole source procurement.
