SOLE SOURCE/NOTICE OF INTENT The 30th Contracting Squadron, Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA 93437, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to Yondoo Broadband, LLC. The action will be executed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a single source not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. See attached redacted Single Source Justification for additional details. The requirement is to provide the following:

Commercial wireless high-speed Internet access with a unique service set identifier in buildings 8290, 9340, 7408, 7425, 8250, and 9170 on Vandenberg SFB, CA. The total required bandwidth for all buildings is combined 2Gbps. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote or proposal.

However, interested parties may submit a narrative describing their capabilities and qualifications to fulfill the requirement via email to paul.baraldi@spaceforce.mil with a copy to tyler.troge.2@spaceforce.mil no later than 21 March 2025 at 4:30 PM Pacific Time. Any costs incurred in submitting a capabilities statement will not reimbursed by the Government.

Additionally, the information received will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct the procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
