No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is strictly voluntary.

This Sources Sought Notice is in support of market research being conducted by the 4th FW to determine potential sources capable of fulfilling all requirements. Seymour Johnson AFB is currently seeking a sources sought for parts and repair services for a 1999 Oshkosh Firetruck engine. The engine requires repairs to fix an oil leak and to rebuild parts of the engine. Please refer to the drafted Statment of Work (SOW) for required services and the attached drafted parts list for the parts needed to be replaced.

Attachments are in draft and subject to change upon award.

Firms responding to this sources sought notice are also requested to provide the 4th FW with capability statements, which need to include at a minimum: -Company Name -Point of Contact Name, Title and Number -Registered in System for Award Management (Yes or No) -Business Status (8(a), Small, Hubzone, Woman-owned, etc.) -Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code-Capabilities statement should be submitted via e-mail to BOTH POCs listed within this announcement no later than 12 pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on Monday, 21 July 2025.
