F3T3CE4358AW01: AIRFIELD RUNWAY EDGE LED FIXTURE The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to ADB Safegate Americas LLC. This procurement will provide airfield runway esge bi-directional semi-flush LED fixtures at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. All work shall be in accordance with federal, state, and base safety regulations and the manufacturer's recommendations.

APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisiton Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will not be conisdered a competitive requirement. The ancipated award date is unknown.
