F3ST933354A001 DESC: THIS IS A NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA); THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOCA OR ANY FOLLOW-UP INFORMATION REQUESTS.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS NOCA IS TO NOTIFY INDUSTRY OF THE USAF'S INTENT OF CONTRACT ACTION AND POSSIBLY GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF OTHER POTENTIALLY QUALIFIED SOURCES AND THEIR SIZE CLASSIFICATIONS (SMALL BUSINESS, LARGE BUSINESS, ETC.) PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION, AS ONE DOES NOT EXIST.

The Air Force Material Command (AFMC), Directorate of Contracting, Edwards Air Force Base, California, intends to award a sole source contract to Integrated Data Services, Inc., 2141 Rosecrans Ave, Suite 2050, El Segundo, CA 90245 for the computer based Comprehensive Cost and Requirements (CCaR) System Support. This will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items. Integrated Data Services, Inc. is the only known company that is capable of providing CCaR software.

Acquisition of services will be to provide Administrative and Training support to the use of the AF mandated Comprehensive Cost and Requirement (CCaR) accounting system. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 513210 and the size standard is $47M. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3572. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.

Any interested parties believing they can meet all the requirements listed above, may submit a capability statement detailing how all requirements can be met. All information furnished shall be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow the government representative to evaluate and determine if it can meet the requirement. Responses must be received no later than (NLT) Friday 4:00 P.M., Pacific Standard Time, 16 Feb 24. Responses should be submitted to:
