74803 - VDATS Fluke 5730 Meter Calibrator

This action is to purchase an item peculiar to one manufacturer, a brand-name procurement of Fluke Meter Calibrators. These items is needed to support the 581 SWES sustainment of the Versatile Depot Automatic Test Station (VDATS) and Advanced Radar Electronic Warfare Test Station (ARTS) Automatic Test Stations (ATS)s for the United States Air Force. Upon approval the Government will issue a new firm-fixed price contract. Please see the attached Letter RFQ and Equipment List for additional details.

The statement below is a direct copy from the email sent to all contractor's that have contacted the primary contact via email: We have been made aware and confirmed with FLUKE that that MIL-STD-129 LABEL is required to be included with MIL-STD-130UID , MI30 LABEL WITH UID per the manufacturer’s requirement. Since this is an update to our requirements a new CLIN structure will be introduced. Any prior statement about consolidation of prices in order to fit the previous structure of 3 CLINs is now irrelevant.
