Daniels Electrical Toolkit

The government intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Daniels Manufacturing Company, 526 Thorpe Road, Jenison, Orlando, Florida 32824-8133 for the purchase of one (1) Combo Kit DMC17/DMC2141/DMC1362MOD1R. This contract action is for commodities for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All quotations/responses received by the deadline specified in this notice, in accordance with FAR 5.203, will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.

Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any quotation/response should be emailed to contracting specialist at cole.west@us.af.mil by 6:00 AM EST 2 August 2024.
