Global Deicer Training

Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) In accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2 this notice constitutes a notice of intent to solicit a single source request for quote/proposal to Global Ground Support LLC (GGS) for the purchase of Global Deicer operation and maintenance training. A justification and approval will be published after award. This single source action is needed to prevent unacceptable cost, schedule, and mission impacts if the Government were to award to a vendor other than GGS.

This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB); the Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. Although "quote" and "proposal" are used in this notice of contract action, your responses will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. Performance of this contract will be in RAMSTEIN, GERMANY. Interested parties may submit unclassified responses to this notice by email to cole.west@us.af.mil and iris.laub.de@us.af.mil.
