435 CTS Dual Pump Station

This is a Brand-Name requirement. The proposed action is for the procurement of one (1) Dual Pump Station. The Government intents to solict under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 Soliciting from a Single Source. The 435th Construction and Training Squadron requires the acquistion of a Dual Pump Station including shipping and frieght. This pump is necessary for the execuation of Silver Flag Mission Qualifications.

The Dual Pump Station will replace the serviceable Dual Pump Stations in order to ensure hygienic requirements for the students are met during the exercise at the FTX. This equipment is to be used for wartime task standards for 3E4X1 AFS. The Dual Pump Station shall adhere to the standards outlined in TO 40W4-21-1 WP004 00, SWP 998 01 Figure 27 and AFH 10-222. The Govenrment intends to make an award to Highland Engineering, Inc. CAGE Code 0AK83.

A determination by the Government to compete this requirement is based upon responses to this notice. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement amongst authorized resellers. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement. Responses are due by no later than 24 June 2024 at 5:00 PM EST. *Due to the overseas location of this requirement, no set-aside will be used in accordance with FAR 19.000(b).
