Intent to Sole Source - 820 RHS FrameCAD Training

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 611430-Professional and Development Management Training. The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV intends to award a single source, firm fixed price contract as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to FrameCAD America Incoprerated for 40 hours of in house hands on FrameCAD Training. The contract action is for FrameCAD Training for which the Government intends to award on a sole source basis.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received electronically by 1:00PM PST, 6 February 2024 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please send responses to SSgt Nathan Doebler at nathan.doebler@us.af.mil no later than 6 February 2024, 1:00 PM Pacific Time.
