Intent to Single Source - USAFWS Lodging Wifi upgrade

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 517112. The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV intends to award a single source, Blanket Purchase Agreement as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to PROTEL SERVICES, INC. for Bldg 556 Wifi Upgrade. The contract action is for Bldg 556 Wifi Upgrade for which the Government intends to award on a sole source basis. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received electronically by 1000 AM PST, 21 February 2024 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

Please send responses to Mason Nutter at mason.nutter.1@us.af.mil no later than 21 February 2024 at 1000 AM Pacific Time. Be advised that all correspondence sent via e-mail shall contain a subject line that reads “F3G5GA3356AW01 Bldg 556 Wifi Upgrade” Note that e-mail filters at Nellis AFB are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e., .exe, or .zip files). Therefore, if this subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters.

Also be advised that .zip or .exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the e-mail filters at Nellis AFB. If sending attachments with e-mail, ensure only .PDF, .doc, docx, xls, or .xsls documents are sent. The e-mail filter may delete any other form of attachments.
