Intent to Sole Source-99 SFS M7 Long Range Thermal Cameras

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 561621-Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths). The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV intends to award a single source, firm fixed price contract as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to Tele/Data Contractors Inc, for for M7 Long Range Thermal Camera Installation. The contract action is for M7 Long Range Thermal Camera Installation for which the Government intends to award on a sole source basis.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received electronically by 1:00PM PST, 9 May 2024 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please send responses to SSgt Nathan Doebler at nathan.doebler@us.af.mil no later than 9 May 2024, 1:00 PM Pacific Time.

Be advised that all correspondence sent via e-mail shall contain a subject line that reads “F3G3LC4093AW01 - 99 SFS Long Range Thermal Cameras Install ” Note that e-mail filters at Nellis AFB are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e., .exe, or .zip files). Therefore, if this subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters.

Also be advised that .zip or .exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the e-mail filters at Nellis AFB. If sending attachments with e-mail, ensure only .PDF, .doc, docx, xls, or .xsls documents are sent. The e-mail filter may delete any other form of attachments.
