**INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE** 99 CES Metasys Monitoring & Training

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 561210-Facility Support Services. The 99th Contracting Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV intends to award a single source, firm fixed price contract as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to Johnson Controls, Inc. for Metasys Monitoring & Training Services. The contract action is for Metasys Monitoring & Training Services for which the Government intends to award on a sole source basis.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received electronically by 10:00AM PT, 28 August 2024 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please send responses to Jessica Lavender at jessica.lavender.1@us.af.mil no later than 28 August 2024, 10:00 AM PT.

Be advised that all correspondence sent via e-mail shall contain a subject line that reads “F3G3CE4165AW01 Metasys Monitoring and Training.” Note that e-mail filters at Nellis AFB are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e., .exe, or .zip files). Therefore, if this subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters.

Also be advised that .zip or .exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the e-mail filters at Nellis AFB. If sending attachments with e-mail, ensure only .PDF, .doc, docx, xls, or .xsls documents are sent. The e-mail filter may delete any other form of attachments.
