57 MUNS PMEL Repair Brief Description: 57 MUNS requires a contracted service to provide repairs and calibration for two:

(1) 50 GHz Spectrum Analyzer, Model E4448A, Serial Number SG46180397;

(2) 26.5 GHz Spectrum Analyzer, Model E4440A, Serial Number SG428250185, restored to original manufacturer specifications. (ii)

Procedures for Award: The proposed action is not estimated to be greater than $25,000.00. (iii)

Technical Data: The Performance Work Statement is included as an attachment (v) Construction Contract Information: Not Applicable (vi)

Statement Regarding Responsible Sources: All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency. (vii)

Competitive Status: The Government intends to award a contract directly to Keysight Technologies Inc. in accordance with RFO 12.102 Restricting Competition, and RFO 6.103-1 under the authority at 1- U.S.C 3204(a)(1) for one responsible source. (viii)
