Intent to Sole Source - Ground to Air Communication System

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE to L3Harris Technologies, Inc. to provide the 908 OSS with ground to air communications radio suite in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statement of Requirements (SOR).

Description: Secured/Encrypted ground to air and air to ground radio communications with line-of-sight, non-line-of-sight, and SATCOM capabilities that also covers FM, VHF, UHF, and K-band frequencies. There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
