The work covered by the specifications (PNQS 24-4481) consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials and performing all requirements for a contractor to remove carpet, finish concrete floor, building 800 basement on Maxwell Air Force Base. Include all areas as indicated on drawings and in strict accordance with these specifications and applicable drawings and subject to terms and conditions of the contract.
