Vertical Transportation Equipment Maintenance and Repair

Luke AFB is seeking vendor to provide vertical transportation equipment maintenance and repair services. Please see the Performance Work Statement for operational items and additional service requirements. When submitting quotes please include all applicable costs and taxes. Award will be a base plus four option year contract.

Please read the evaluation/instructions in FAR 52.212-2, section M. All questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted to the primary point of contacts listed on this solicitation, no later than 21 Aug 2024 by 11:00 AM EST / 8:00 AM Arizona time. Questions submitted past this deadline may not be considered for response. Questions MUST only be sent to the Primary and Secondary points of contact. Questions submitted to anyone other than the POC's will not be reviewed or answered.

Questions will be answered as soon as possible, and all questions and answers will be posted to this solicitation so that all potential offerors are afforded the answers. Please submit questions and proposals via e-mail to sabastian.halstead@us.af.mil and jacqueline.aranda.1@us.af.mil. Proposals are due no later than 09 September 2024.

Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
