Automatic Door Maintenance and Repairs

Luke AFB is seeking a vendor to provide quarterly preventive maintenance, inspections and repair service for all automatic doors identified in Appendix B, Data & Locations of this solicitation. Repairs shall be in accordance with accepted commercial practices, using parts and tools specified by the automatic door manufacturer. When submitting quotes please include all applicable costs. Award will be a base plus four option year contract. Please read all evaluation instructions listed in FAR clause 52.212-2.

Be advised this requirement is set aside for 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Contractors must be certified with the SBA as SDVOSB to be eligible for award. All questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted to Velma Wynn @velma.wynn.1@us.af.mil and Kristie Canterbury @ kristie.canterbury.2@us.af.mil, no later than 15 June 2026 by 11:00 AM EST / 8:00 AM Arizona time. Questions submitted past this deadline may not be considered for response.

Questions MUST only be sent to the points of contacts listed. Questions submitted to anyone other than the POC's will not be reviewed or answered. Questions will be answered as soon as possible, and all questions and answers will be posted to this solicitation so that all potential offers are afforded the answers. Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
