PART II: Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Industry Innovation Summit (IIS) -- Requests for One-on-Ones Disclamer: Notice is for industry notification to be used for preliminary planning purposes in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15.201(e). This announcement is not an Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal (RFP) and does not commit the Government to solicit or award a contract now or in the future. No solicitation is available for this notification. Companies will not be entitled to payment for direct or indirect costs that are incurred in responding to this notice.

Overview: MDA held its biennial Industry Innovation Summit on 10-11 July 2024 at the Von Braun Complex III on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. The summit provided industry partners a foundational understanding of the pacing challenges posed by our adversaries and provided panels for key industry and service leaders to discuss their responses to these challenges. This purpose of the summit was to encourage future dialogue with industry on innovative options to improve the way MDA operates, enabling us to “Go Fast and Think Big”. Opportunities for one-on-one meetings are open through September 30, 2024. How to Respond: Please send inquiries to:

Additional Information: The Government may utilize non-Government personnel (support contractors) to process and review responses to this Special Notice. The participating support contractor companies are contractors with signed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
