USCG Business and Logistics Management Support Services Statement of Work 01032023

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is requesting comments regarding the attached Statement of Work by COB ET March 3, 2023. All comments should be notated in track changes and/or comments on the Statement of Work and emailed to Kenyada Corley, Contracting Officer at kenyada.t.corley@uscg.mil and Cole Jackson, Contract Specialist at randall.c.jackson@uscg.mil. Questions should also be notated only on the Statement of Work. The Government will not be accepting email and phone calls regarding this Special Notice.

Award Status: The USCG is in the beginning stages of recompeting a multi-award Ten (10) year (five year base period with five one-year option periods) contract utilizing procedures in accordance with FAR SubPart 8.4 for Business and Logistics Management Support Services (BL/MSS) to accomplish the C5ISC missions, such as: Contractor Consulting, Project Management and support, Strategic Planning, Portfolio Management, Business Process Planning, Process Integration Planning, Facilities Planning, Marketing and Communications Planning services, Life Cycle Cost Estimation, Enterprise Life Cycle Logistics & Engineering.

The anticipated award is estimated between $500M - $3.3B. Award is anticipated June 2024. Forthcoming: The acquisition timeline will be released 4th Quarter FY23. Pre-Solicitation and Soliciation Industry Days anticipated 3rd and/or 4th Quarter FY23.
