Product Analysis Demonstration (IPAD) Datalinks Test Station

This is a notice of contract action (NOCA). This is not a solicitation or a Request for Proposal, Invitation to Bid, or a commitment, implied or otherwise, that AFTC/PZZC will take procurement action in the matter. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this NOCA or any follow-up information requests.

The United States Air Force Test Center/Enterprise Services and Innovative Solutions (AFTC/PZZC), Eglin AFB, FL intends to issue a sole source contract to Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMCO) for acquisition of the below items for the development of an Improved Product Analysis Demonstration (IPAD) Datalinks Test Station. Please see the attached Notice of Contract Action and the Sole Source Justification Approval documents.
