F1S3AD4221AW01 Description: This is a notice of contract action (NOCA); this is not a solicitation for a Request for Quote, Request for Proposal, Invitation to Bid, or a commitment, implied or otherwise, that AFTC/PZIOA will take procurement action in the matter. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this NOCA or any follow-up information requests.

The purpose of this NOCA is to notify industry of the USAF’s contract action and possibly gain knowledge of other potentially qualified sources and their size classifications (small business, large business, etc.). Please do not request a copy of solicitation, as one does not exist.

The Air Force Test Center Contracting Directorate (AFTC/PZIOA), Edwards AFB intends to award a sole source contract to Lakeshore Learning Materials LLC. 2695 E Dominguez Street Carson, California 90895-1000 for age-appropriate classroom school supplies for their SAC program. Lakeshore Learning Materials is the only known manufacturer capable of providing the school supplies for the SAC program. The applicable NAICS is 339930 with a size standard of 700 employees.

The following is a brief description of the acquisition requirements: This purchase is for the Edwards School-Age-Care (SAC) Program to provide classroom supplies that include but is not limited to:

age-appropriate educational toys and games, role-playing play sets, learning models and equipment, listening centers, craft materials, etc. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 339930 and the size standard is 700 employees. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3572. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.

Any interested parties believing they can meet all the requirements listed above, may submit a capability statement detailing how all requirements can be met. All information furnished shall be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow the government representative to evaluate and determine if it can meet the requirement. Responses must be received no later than (NLT) Thursday 12:00 P.M., Pacific Standard Time, 12 September 2024. Responses should be submitted to:
