THE PURPOSE OF THIS NOCA IS TO NOTIFY INDUSTRY OF THE USAF'S INTENT OF CONTRACT ACTION AND POSSIBLY GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF OTHER POTENTIALLY QUALIFIED SOURCES AND THEIR SIZE CLASSIFICATIONS (SMALL BUSINESS, LARGE BUSINESS, ETC.) PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF A SOLICITATION, AS ONE DOES NOT EXIST.

The Air Force Material Command (AFMC), Directorate of Contracting, Edwards Air Force Base, California, intends to award a sole source contract to Serviceaide / Legal Entity - Sunview Software Inc., 10210 Highland Manor Drive Suite 275 Tampa, FL 33610 for ChangeGear Annual Support services. This will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items.

Serviceaide / Legal Entity - Sunview Software Inc. is the only known company that is capable of providing ChangeGear Annual Support services. The acquisition of services will be to provide ChangeGear Annual Support. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 513210 and the size standard is $47M. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3572. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.

Any interested parties believing they can meet all the requirements listed above, may submit a capability statement detailing how all requirements can be met. All information furnished shall be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow the government representative to evaluate and determine if it can meet the requirement. Responses must be received no later than (NLT) Monday 9:00 A.M., Pacific Daylight Time, 14 July 25. Responses should be submitted to:
