No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this SOCA or any follow-up requests. Small Business Description of Requirement: This acquisition is for one (1) OMEGA NExT Professional Software License Bundle, which includes real-time IRIG 106-24, Chapter 7 telemetry decommutation capability. This software is required to interface with and decode telemetry streams using the Government’s existing TTC DBS-140 USB-based hardware infrastructure. Justification: This action is being pursued as a sole source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) – Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Market research confirmed no alternate source can provide a portable, vendor-agnostic solution compatible with the TTC DBS-140 USB interface.
