Notice of Intent to Sole Source Interim Nationwide Network of Medical Services (NNMS) Contract

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to contract using other than full and open competition for the following Human Capital (HC) Interim Nationwide Network of Medical Services (NNMS) Contract.

Accordingly, TSA intends to award a contract to Acuity International, LLC, Parkridge, Blvd, Suite 200, Reston, VA 20191. This contract will address the requirements of the Office of Human Capital and the Nationwide Network of Medical Services (NNMS) including Medical Evaluations, Medical Exams, Mobile Medical Support, Drug Evaluations and all other Medical Services for TSA. This will be an interim contract to continue support while the NNMS requirement is recompeted and awarded.

The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested vendors who may wish to seek subcontracting opportunities should contact the above named company directly.
