The requirements for the corrosion facility insert is as follows:

The insert must comply with all of the requirements of the Aircraft Hangar Paint requirements of the Unified Facilities Criteria 4-211-02 dated 1 December 2012. The hangar will not be used for aircraft washes or media blasting. The insert should be able to fit an F-16 Aircraft or larger. The facility requires an air shower for egress of the insert. The system should be able to maintain facility temperatures and humidity requirements in accordance with Technical Order 1-1-8 paragraph 5.5.4.

The system will be located in the San Antonio Climate. The Insert should fit within a hangar bay that is 73’ 11 5/8” wide, 73’ 4” deep and 140’ Tall (see attached diagram). The door is a 3 part sliding door that is 61’ 3” Wide. The building has natural gas, electrical and water supplies available nearby. The questions we have are as follows:

What is the largest aircraft that can be safely maintained in this area? What are the expected power requirements for this facility?
