The Government contemplates the following:

The award of a Firm-Fixed-Price, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) IAW FAR 13.303 The purpose of this requirement is for the finishing repairs (Repairs 005 – 010) of the F- 108/CFM 56-2A/B Stage 1 Fan Blade:

The Government has the associated technical data to provide to potential sources and qualification requirements (QRs) apply. The Repair Data List (RDL) and Repair Qualification Requirements (RQR-848) are attached.
