The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO) in the Office of Policy Development and Research (PD&R) requires support for activities required under the 2018 Foundations for Evidence-based Policymaking Act aka the Evidence Act and the Federal Data Strategy and the 2020 Action Plan.

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing this source sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify vendors having an interest in and the resources to support activities required under the 2018 Foundations for Evidence-based Policymaking Act and the Federal Data Strategy and the 2020 Action Plan and to what capabilities exist in the marketplace for these activities.

Attached is a draft copy of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the Request for Information (RFI) for review and response to this notice/request. A clear and concise description of the supplies and services are detailed in the draft PWS and RFI.
