THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE – THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT’S INTENT TO ISSUE A CONTRACT AWARD TO BLOOMBERG INDUSTRY GROUP, INC. The U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Professional Services Acquisition Unit intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract to Bloomberg Industry Group, Inc., 1801, South Bell Street, Arlington, Virginia 22202-4506 for the Bloomberg Government subscription service.

The Office of Congressional Affairs will use 25 licenses yearly, with the option to add additional licenses as needed. The research tool will be used for legislative policy and analysis. This was a competitive acquisition conducted under FAR 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The period of performance will be one year from the date of award, with four (4) additional option years.
