E-Curriculum Training

Ginnie Mae requires e-courses to create an on-demand training library for its customers. The intent of these courses is to better educate Ginnie Mae’s customer base on its mission, history, programs, policies, and business processes/systems in order to reduce processing errors and decrease calls to the help desk, the operations team, as well as Account Executives (AEs). The identified contractor must have a proven background in e-curriculum development; and supporting, producing, designing, and delivering a wide range of online training material for various learning management systems and web-based platforms.
