ACI Water Misting System

This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis (market survey). This is not a request for quote (RFQ) or a request for proposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government will not pay for any cost incurred in responding to this announcement.

Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought synopsis shall be voluntary Please submit electronic response indicating the company’s capability as well as POC (name, telephone # and email address) along with contractor’s CAGE, UEI, and the physical location of your facility to the individuals listed within this notice. This request may not directly lead to a Request for Quotation/Proposal.

The 513 ERHS requires 4 mobile machines capable of spraying large amounts of water for air curtain burners. These will need to be systems that include:

a trailer diesel generator water tank water cannon The machine specific needs at a minimum are as follows:

Coverage (without wind) 30 - 40 m Integrated generating set diesel engine - 1500 rpm Fuel tank capacity 68 L Water tank capacity 2000 L Working pressure 7 - 12 bar Water consumption (1 pump / 2 pumps) 23 L/min (7 bar) / 35 L/min (12 bar) Running time (1 pump / 2 pumps) 85 min (7 bar) / 60 min (12 bar) Water inlet ?lter 180 µm Working angle 335° Tilting 0 - 40° Dimensions with tow bar and wheels (L x W x H) 4450 x 2240 x 2640 mm Dry weight with tow bar and wheels 2450 kg When or if released, the solicitation will be posted to Sam.gov.
