Second Generation Forward Looking Infrared (2GEN FLIR) B-Kit Components and Spares

This action is for a modification to increase the ceiling on contract number W909MY-19-D-0004 exclusively with DRS Network & Imaging Systems (DRS). This Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, W909MY-19-D-0004, is for the Second Generation Forward Looking Infrared (2GEN FLIR) B-Kit Components and Spares.

The contract ceiling increase will allow for the continued procurement of the 2GEN FLIR B-Kits which provide the thermal imaging capability for both the U.S. Army and coalition forces through Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to support existing U.S. Army customer requirements through the end of the current contract performance period of 29 January 2026. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals and a solicitation will NOT be issued. Redacted Justification and Approval (J&A) attached.
