Intent to Sole Source- Technical Security Equipment

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. U.S. Customs and Border Protections intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Research Electronics International, LLC, Cookeville, TN 38506 USA for the procurement of Technical Detection Equipment. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor an invitation for bids. No solicitation will be made available. Interested parties who wish to submit information about their companies’ capabilities can email the contract specialist no later than 5:00 P.M., EST, 09/15/2024.
