NOTICE OF AWARD The Army Corps of Engineers Norfolk District is announcing award of Multi-Discipline Architect/Engineer (A/E) Services Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) in support of Norfolk District’s Department of Defense Education Activity Program. The Government awarded five (5) contracts with a shared not to exceed capacity of $80,000,000 over the life of the contract. The other awardees are as follows:
