Notice of Intent

The Department of Energy, the Office of Manufacturing and Energy Supply Chains (MESC), intends to issue a firm fixed price sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for Certain Commercial Products to Zen Innovations AG to acquire a subscription to The Global Trade Tracker (GTT) for five (5) users.

Global Trade Tracker offers powerful web-based access to original trade statistics from the world’s principal trading countries giving analysts a clear objective picture of global trade flows. A subscription to GTT includes access to graphical user interfaces and provides import/export trade statistics for almost every country in the world. The anticipated period of performance will be a base year with three one-year options. This notice of intent is for informational purposes only.

All sources eligible to meet this requirement must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with strong and convincing evidence that clearly articulates the company’s ability to satisfy this requirement as outlined above. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response. If no responses that demonstrate comparable capability are received within ten (10) calendar days after publication of this notice, then a sole source acquisition award will be made.
