The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole-source basis to Lumen Technologies for the instillation of internet circuits at 2 building sites and continued internet services. Mission needs require an Internet circuit for each site: Lackland AFB (LAK) and Randolph AFB (RND). This is a requirement for a point-to-point data circuit between the two sites for data replication and network extension. For the 2 Internet Circuits, the contractor shall provide a Minimum Bandwidth of:

100 Mbps at LAK 100 Mbps at RND Additionally, upon installation and configuration of all equipment and components for the internet routing, the Internet Services will include up to four consecutive 12-month periods. Period of performance: 01 August 2024 through 31 July 2028 The proposed action is for the required service which the Government intends to solicit from one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement NLT 12:00 PM Central, 12 April 2024. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
