Aviation Services Sole Source Notice

The 31st Contracting Squadron at Aviano AB intends to solicit, evaluate, and award on a sole source basis a contract to Pink Skykvan for Aviation Services in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i). Market research findings deemed that no other company could meet all the critical technical elements required for the Aviation Services (reference the attached Statement of Work). Pink Skykvan possesses the capability to meet all of flight objectives and has all the necessary approvals.

The NAICS Code is 481111. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. Proposals must be received no later than Tuesday, 28 May 2024 at 10:00 AM (Local – Central European Time). Proposals can be submitted to A1C Vincent Gans (vincent.gans@us.af.mil) and SSgt Brandon Skinner (brandon.skinner.2@us.af.mil).

Additionally, provide your capability statement that clearly demonstrates your company is capable of meeting all of the technical elements of this requirement. In your response, please provide your contact information and a statement that your company is interested and capable of performing these services in accordance with the Statement of Work. Information received will be considered solely within the discretion of the Government.

A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice.
