This is a Special Notice for Oral Surgeon services at Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS), Blackfeet Service Unit. The contactor is James Jerman of Great Montana Oral Surgery. The intent is to provide one (1) additional day each month at Blackfeet Community Hospital, Browning, Montana 75H70921P00158 contact purchase order.

The performance period for Option Year Three (3) starting July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. This will allow uninterrupted Oral Surgery Services for the Blackfeet Community Hospital in support of direct patient care. This is not a request for quotations. No solicitation package is available. Any response in this notice must be received no later than 12:00 pm Mountain time, Tuesday, June 5, 2024. No telephone inquires will be accepted.
