FAA WJHTC Secretarial Support Services Intent to Single Source

In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the FAA's decision to extend the contract period of performance for the current Secretarial Support Services contract, DTFACT-17-D-00010 with RIVA Solutions, Inc. for six (6) months, March 7, 2024 through September 6, 2024, comprised of one (1) four (4) month base period and two (2) one (1) month option periods on a Single Source basis to ensure continuity of Secretarial Support Services, while the FAA continues with competition for the follow-on contract.
