Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Renovation and Addition of Aircrew Readiness Facility - Beale ARB, CA

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, has an upcoming requirement for the Renovation and Addition of the Aircrew Readiness Facility at Beale Air Force Base located in CA .

Included in the requirement for the project is a brand-name sole source specification for the following elements: Direct Digital Controls Protocol - Siemens Apogee Insight (Siemens Building Technology, Inc.) This is not a solicitation for a competitive proposal; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice.

All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform the requirements described herein. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on 27 August 2024 to adam.m.brooks@usace.army.mil.
