Synopsis Award Notice - The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron awarded HVAC Multiple Award Construction Contracts (MACC) to a total of five (5) contractors. The contract has an ordering period of five (5) years with a total ceiling cost of $25M with an estimated $5M for each IDIQ award. 583 Armistead Blvd., Holt, FL 32564. Award Amount: $1,000 FA441725D0005 - Gulf Pacific Contracting: 750 Sand Path, Bonifay, FL 32425. Award Amount $1,000 FA441725D0006 - Tom Hammonds Enterprises, 667 Valparaiso Pkwy, Valparaiso, FL 32571: Award Amount $1,000 FA441725D0007 - Dream Design & Construction, 1101 Idlewild Ave., Green Cove Springs, FL 32043: Award Amount $1,000 The SEED Project Task Order was awarded to Southern Aire Contracting, the remaining four (4) offers received a one-time initial task order in the almount of $1,000 for a post-award conference which will satisfy the contract minimum amount.
