3GEN FLIR LRIP B-KIT Technical and Engineering Services - PoP extension and Ceiling increase

This action is for a modification to extend the Period of Performance (PoP) from 48 to 72 months and increase the ceiling on contract number W909MY-23-C-0004 with Raytheon Company pursuant to 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) § 3204 (a)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This requirements contract, W909MY-23-C-0004, is for Third Generation Forward Looking Infrared (3GEN FLIR) B-Kit, Technical & Engineering, Test, and Logistics Services.

This extension will extend the PoP through end of the current contract performance period 30 June 2029, increase the contract Firm Fixed Price (FFP) ceiling for procurement of additional hardware production option lots in Fiscal Year (FY) 25 and FY26 and increase the Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) ceiling for technical & engineering, test, and logistics services.
