Intent to Sole Source - 36 MXS Burner Table

The 36th Contracting Office, Andersen AFB Guam, intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract to Babington Technology, Incorporated for a burner training table, this table must have the ability to connect directly to the existing electronic burners manufactured by Babington Technology, Incorporated. This requirement has an estimated value of $32,679.83 which includes shipping to Guam.

Babington Technology, Incorporated is the manufacturer of the Burner Training Tables and is the only vendor capable of providing the required product. Market research has shown that nothing else in the open market is able to emulate the products offered by Babington Technology, Incorporated. This contract will have a delivery period of 120 days.

Any response to this notive must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantagous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

If affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. This Notice of Intent is being posted on April 9th. REPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 24 April by by 3:00 PM Chamorro Standard Time (CHST) to the 36th Contracting Squadron, Andersend AFB and shall be submmitted to A1C Keegan Tunnicliff, email at keegan.tunnicliff@us.af.mil and to Mr. Lee Michael Rosario, email at lee_michael.rosario@us.af.mil.

If no offers, comments, or objections are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be issued to Babington Technology, Incorporated under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
