Luke AFB - Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) Industry Day

AMENDMENT 01: The Industry Day is being moved from May 9th, 2024 at 9:00 AM local time to May 10th, 2024 at the same time. Please join us May 10, 2024, for an Industry Day hosted by the 56th Contracting Squadron at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. This event is meant to gauge vendor interest and capabilities for an upcoming furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) project.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: The Industry Day is open to any interested vendors with the capability of supporting a large FF&E project.

WHEN:

Thursday, May 9th, 2024 at 9:00AM MST WHERE: Vendors will arrive at the Luke AFB Commercial Vehicle Reception Center (South Gate), then be bussed to the performance site on Luke AFB.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Vendors MUST communicate their intention to attend the Industry Day before May 9th, 2024 to one of the POCs in order to participate.
