Notice of Intent to Single Source for Sustainment of Aeronautical Information Management Modernization Segment 2 (AIMM S2)

In accordance with Acquisition Management System Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) decision to use single source procedures to award a modification for sustainment of the Aeronautical Common Services (ACS) system which results in a four year extension of contract DTFAWA-14-C-00049. The extension will be broken into four 12-month option periods.

The FAA has a need to extend the subject contract beyond the current period of performance to support ongoing operations and maintenance of the ACS system until it is transitioned into the new Aeronautical Information Management System. This announcement is for informational purposes only, not a Solicitation/Request for Proposal. A competitive solicitation is not available for this procurement. The FAA is not liable for any costs associated with the preparation of a response to this announcement.
